VROG has daily freerunning/parkour training for all ages, trampoline fitness/bootcamps for adults. Every week more than 250 kids comes and train for freerunning & parkour at VROG.VROG is r also rated in the top #10 most popular children party venue in the Netherlands (Kidsproof.nl)VROG organises also sport programs for schools, daycare centres, and regular parkour training for instructors and sport teachers.We are looking for new locations/spaces in the Netherlands and beyond.
