The forerunner of the present Vietnamese Student Association in the Netherlands was initially founded back in 2008 with the approval of the National Vietnamese Youth Union. However, due to the lack of human resource, the association stopped running in 2012. At the start of 2016,under the instruction of the Vietnamese Embassy in the Netherlands and the National Vietnamese Youth Union, the Vietnamese Student Association in the Netherlands was once again established as VSNL with a new assigned board. The VSNL seeks to create a close-knit community of Vietnamese students in the Netherlands by:- Being a useful source of information to support Vietnamese students in their life andstudies in the Netherlands- Hosting community events and creating a variety of clubs to cater the needs of theVietnamese students.- Making the association a rewarding and energetic workplace for Vietnamese students
