Vtex Industries has developed two very unique safety devices for underground mining and tunneling. ---The carbon fiber safety collars which are placed around supporting hydraulic cylinders in case of a failure. These are NATA certified and also have the single lock out point to prevent anyone removing them whilst in use. Being carbon fiber these are extremely light weight and durable compared to old steel alternative. All sets are numbered and labelled to allow for tracking and monitoring.-The Ventronic is a ventilation device that is fitted inline with Ventilation tubes to allow for better ventilation of stubs and overdrives. Having no moving parts and flow adjustable these are a simple and effective alternative to current practices.
