• We have over 25 years of progressive experience within the legal field but not limited to 20 years supervising and facilitating military and civilian personnel within the military culture, designing training programs and curricula, 20 years' experience in Operations & Project Management, Organizational Leadership and Human Resources with an emphasis in training and development.• We offer a strong work ethic; can diligently complete all assigned tasks according to company policies within established timelines and budgets. • We offer consulttions for military and civilian clients, responsible for accuracy and maintenance of confidential or secret files.• We share inter and intra agency responsibility for developing, executing, and allocating the organizational objectives and project resources and financial budgets.• We assess training needs and objectives through surveys, interviews, focus groups, or consultations.• We facilitate continued open dialogue and access with Board Members or Program Leadership to gain support for the individual program budgets, plans, and policies.• We offer specialized training and concept blocks to meet program aims and standards.• We develop and implement training procedure manuals, guidelines, and course materials.• We provide advice on leadership styles and focus groups so employees understand the historic significance of an issue to reach decisions or recommendations accordingly.
