W.Byers Ltd is a retail company that started in 2010 selling fashion footwear on eBay from a spare room in Matlock, UK. After moving the business into a small storage unit in Leicester, the business expanded to 2 people in 2013 and diversified into new marketplaces including amazon, Play.com and ASOS Marketplace. The business moved to Carlisle in 2015 and trialed creating our own-branded products. This fueled further expansion and we now have over one hundred own-brand products across four brands and generate more than 15,000 orders per month.We design and develop our products in-house and arrange production with suppliers in China, Taiwan and Italy. Our most successful brand is Lakeland Active.
