The Owners, Michael & Daniel have a combined 32 years experience in Gear Engineering, ranging from designing and manufacturing and repairing complex gearing systems, providing specialist advice to all your gearing problems. We can provide cutting only to your pre machined blanks or manufacture complete gears to your drawings or specifications, or we can reverse engineer your broken or worn samples. We also repair all types of gearboxes made from all over the world. WA Gears understands that your equipment is important to your business that's why we are here to help when you have a gear or power transmission failure and we ensure to use the best possible materials and to manufacture your parts in the quickest possible timeframe. Our Machine Shop consists of over 30 machines, 20 of which are specialised gear cutting & gear grinding machines and the largest gear we can cut is 1.5 metres in diameter. The other machines are CNC Lathes, milling machines and cylindrical grinders. All under a purpose built 1000sqm workshop.
