This profile is sent to the hotel the traveler will stay at, and the hotel can get to know his customer before he/she stays at the hotel. The hotel has the chance to surprise the traveler by giving him a personalized stay experience. Hotels can have now relevant information prior to the stay of the customer, so they can actually use the information it provides to make the travelers trip experience unique from the first stay, and not for a possible second stay. This tool has been created by XL Team - a young and innovative software company that was founded in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
