Living the Wabi Sabi Way means you embrace impermanence, imperfections and the idea that we are all incomplete. We are works in progress. Rachel and Kim of Wabi Sabi Way host workshops using meditation, movement and the expressive arts to help their guests awaken to their bodies, minds and emotions. We teach the practice of living in the moment and using nature as a source of inspiration and creativity. Wabi Sabi Way workshops can be held in a private setting, at a corporate retreat or wellness center. Please call for more information.
