Waco Box began in March 2019 after a team member read about a similar idea done 1,500 miles away. The creator, Ross, shared his business model in a step by step guide online shortly after his September 2014 launch. Ross stated, "You are free to take whatever idea you read here and replicate the business model for your own city." With that, we began writing down our own plans.After researching more, we realized that the same published idea had already been used in Waco, in 2015, by a gentleman named Willian. He no longer operates, so we saw potential to create "Waco Box" with a few new features.With four years of college education split between McLennan Community College and Baylor University, our team feels fully invested in this town and wants to give back to the community.Our goal is to attract people to Waco, support local businesses, make Waco accessible to all via mail, and to support our military men and women.Waco Box contains products representative of Waco and what this city means to us. This is great for family and friends, especially those who may be in college, have moved states, are traveling, are wanting a souvenir, or are in need of a care package from home.We are passionate about this community and want to support local businesses in the process.
