SOLIDWORKS We use the latest version of Solidworks to design and generate prints. We or our design partners can assist you in tweaking an established design, putting a prototype design on to paper, or helping you visualize your concept. CAD-CAM The latest version of MasterCam and Auto Cad are our primary software tools. All programming for CNC's is done offline through MasterCam or Mazatrol. We employ two full time programmers. This allows us a faster than average turnaround time from print to actualization. REVERSE ENGINEERING SERVICE Need a print for an obscure component. Bring it in and we'll be happy to put the knowledge of our design team into recreating it for you. We can tear it down, generate a bill of materials, and conceptualize the design on to paper for you. DATA TRANSFER We prefer zipped up files to be sent via email but other alternatives may be available. We support the following formats for electronic drawings: .igs, .iges, .dwg, .dxf, .stp, .step, .sldprt, .par, .psm, .ipt, . iam, and .pdf.
