We've made it our mission to hunt out, select, blend and bottle some of the best wines that the Waipara Valley has to offer.It's no secret that we don't own vineyards or a winery. This gives us the freedom to pick and choose from different parcels of wines based purely on quality, not just produce the best we can from what the vines give us.We source wines exclusively from the Waipara Valley, a small region only 40 minutes north of Christchurch. While the region may not have the marketing budget of its counterparts, Blake believes the wines are more consistent in quality than any other region in New Zealand and this is where the value is for consumers.
