The whaanau of Waka Ora are descendants of the first wave of people Te Puea brought to Ngaaruawaahia to building Turangawaewaewae Marae and remain actively involved at Turangawaewae today.Using the maatauranga gained through being immersed in the life of Turangawaewae, Waka Ora will help you to see the world through a Maaori lens so you can apply your learnings into your everyday life.
