It is not just a shop (@ 4010 24th Street in Noe Valley), but also my clothing line, designed in collaboration with my longtime partner Connie Walkershaw. Taking a somewhat retro take on shirts, coats, vests, ties, and scarves, but not feeling constrained to a single notion of what that means, we have been doing far more than merely resurrecting. Whether streamlining the "Western" shirt, or substituting recycled cotton for sailcloth in our Mediterranean Sailors Shirt, we are always keeping an eye on quality fabrics, and staying true to our esthetic. Other than our fabrics (which come from all over), we produce everything within San Francisco's 7x7, thus keeping it real, local, and well made.
