Wally's Café was founded by Mr. Joseph L. Walcott in 1947 and is among the oldest family owned and operated jazz clubs in existence. At Wally's, we feature live music 365 days a year. We provide a forum for our Boston community to enjoy jazz and for our local musicians and bands to practice and perform their craft, ultimately bringing people together through music.With some of the nation's most acclaimed institutions for educating young aspiring musicians right around the corner, Wally's is considered Boston's "Training Ground." For more than 70 years, celebrated musicians have used our stage in the process of perfecting their art.
