My programs and services focus on both personal and professional well-being, because our inner and outer selves are tied inextricably with one another. The cultures of capitalism, patriarchy and white supremacy encourage us to compartmentalize our lives. I believe resilience and resistance are the keys to weaving ourselves back together and building the courage to act from our wholeness. I take an intersectional approach to everything I do - exploring how each person's unique identities, experiences, and capacities come together to unearth one's truest self.
