Warble offers a safe, anonymous process for individuals to inform a disruptive employee's direct manager about harmful or unproductive behavior they have witnessed or experienced at work. Any employee can submit a warble if they observe disruptive or harmful behavior in the workplace. Once enough warbles are submitted related to one person, an email will go to their boss informing them that there is an issue to look into. Warbles are always free and anonymous. For companies that want to take an even more proactive role in prioritizing a positive and productive workplace, Warble offers a subscription product, Warble Pro Active, that provides additional features, tools and reporting.
