Ward & Co. Legal Consultants are not traditional lawyers, we aim to be different. We believe in creating lasting relations with our clients founded on trust, honesty, integrity, and acting to advance our clients best interests. We recognise that a large part of the problem with traditional law firms is that the traditional way of billing clients can create a situation where clients are hesitant in seeking advice. In addition, traditional lawyers can frequently lack a commercial awareness and practical understanding of the nature of the building and construction industry, which is a unique and diverse industry. We want to create something different, a long term relationship where our clients can feel free to seek our advice, call at any time with any problem while not fearing the costs of doing so, because we understand that prevention is always better then cure. We believe that this relationship will allow our clients to get on with, and concentrate on, what's most important to their businesses. We predominately act for Builders, Subcontractors, Engineers and Suppliers, but also for Owners, Principals and Developers as well as local and international companies in commercial matters.
