Professional Civil and Structural Consulting EngineersEstablished in 1992 and converted to a private limited company in July 2000, Wareham and Associates has grown into a respected and dedicated practice of Consulting Civil & Structural Engineers over the past 23 years. We offer a complete range of Civil and Structural Consultancy services with the majority of commissions being the result of repeat order business from our broad client base and through recommendation. We enjoy working with many long-standing Clients, on a wide variety of construction contracts. Our recent experience predominately lies within the Healthcare and Education Sector although we also have experience in the design of commercial and local government developments, telecoms infrastructure and heritage/listed building redevelopments.Our commitment is to build and maintain close customer relations with Clients, fellow design team members and Contractors to maximise the teamwork essential for the smooth, co-ordination of projects from conception to completion. To this end, the Principal in charge will maintain a personal interest in the development and progress of all projects and will be the primary point of contact.The Lightwater office has steadily developed into an experienced team of engineers, technicians and support staff. The office is supported by a growing range of computer facilities, including computer aided analysis, design and drafting using MicroStation, enabling the rapid development of design solutions and detail production. We are now utilising AECOsim building designer for BIM application which provides us with key advantages that help us improve project quality, reduce risk and save money in the design and documentation of structural systems. In 2003 Wareham & Associates joined the Association of Consulting Engineers.
