Wasaya Prop Shop is headquartered in Rosslyn, Ontario, Canada which is located minutes outside of Thunder Bay. The Prop Shop is optimally located as a geographical transportation hub in the centre of North America, which allows for proficient turnaround times and cost effective repair and overhauls. Wasaya Prop Shop is just minutes from the Trans Canada Highway, a short travel to the Thunder Bay International Airport (YQT) and Lake Superior Port Access, as well as a quick 40 minute drive to the US Border. Off site assembly and disassembly work can be performed at your location worldwide.As an accredited industry leader in the repair and overhaul of high-strength aircraft propellers and components worldwide, our dedicated employees repair, overhaul, and sell products that are present in more than 20 countries on six continents. As a licensed aircraft and propeller facility with M1 and M2 capabilities, Wasaya Prop Shop repairs and overhauls Dowty, McCauley, Hartzell, MT Propeller, and Hamilton Sundstrand, along with various aircraft components. The Prop Shop also employees one level 1 and two level 2 Non-Destructive Inspectors that are fully trained to handle any NDT requests.The Prop Shop operates out of a 25,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility with manufacture trained technicians. The shop is equipped with multiple tool sets to ensure the highest level of productivity and turnover times. Within the 25,000 square foot building there are specialized rooms for Non-Destructive Testing, Grinding, Balancing, Sandblasting, Inspections, Fuel Nozzles, and a large Stores Department.
