WIN-TV is an American-owned satellite news and information channel broadcasting in Farsi, currently in North America, with a full launch in the Middle East and Southern Europe in the Spring 2010. Operating as a private, advertising-supported corporation, Washington International Network Television LLC, is based in Washington, DC.In addition to reporting on regional and international events, the channel will broadcast roundtable discussion programs, current affairs magazines and features on a variety of subjects including women's issues, the arts, technology, science and medicine, history and biographies.
