Watchful Eye Program provides tools for a youth to develop their professional resume/portfolio for future employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.We provide to our youth in exchange for their personal effort in making themselves available:1) Project Based Learning - teaching students current and past market trends in professional industries they are interested in to give them a better understanding of their goals. This gives the youth tools to operate in the real word more precisely and with confidence. We require them to be working on oat least 1 individual project while a member of Watchful Eye Program.2) Community Farm Association - teaching students proper farming techniques and developing a facility where food can be grown year round for the members.3) Shuttle Transportation System - providing transportation for our youth members.Donation towards Watchful Eye Program will help "Create better lives for our youth today" Your donation will contribute to:1) Providing a Free Community Transportation Network Service to youth (6 years - 18 years) in their individual community for them to attend open-table discussions on life principles, attend an internship in their area, meet with a mentor in their field of choice, have transportation to an from their jobs acquired, and transportation to the project warehouse for individual to build their small-scale individual and group projects.2) Providing a Free Community Farming Network to youth (6 years - 18 years) to learn safe farming practices and alternate forms of farming in relation to the specific climate or type of location the youth resides. From their minimal volunteering time given to each farm they will be provided with food all year round.3) Maintain our overhead of employees creating customized weekly schedules for each youth, pairing youth with mentors/internships/jobs , and providing support/guidance to youth when a decisions on a professional level needs assistance.
