Everywhere in the world wells are drilled for extracting raw materials and energy. These wells are often gas or oil wells, but also geothermal wells (extracting energy in the form of steam from the deeper layers of the crust of the earth as a heat source for e.g. greenhouses, room heating or industrial processes) or wells to extract water. The longer the wells have been in use, the more they are contaminated and the higher the risk of blockage. In the Netherlands more than half the overall water supply comes from extracting groundwater. In order to keep up with the decreasing water supply, water wells should be inspected and possibly regenerated. Standard regeneration techniques (e.g. juddering or high-pressure cleaning) are often used in combination with chemical substances. In collaboration with Whirlwindi and the TU-Delft, Water Well Services has developed a system based on active cavitation in combination with jetting. This system removes contamination from formations, filtering material, tubing and perforations and generates a higher oil, gas or water supply. For regeneration of wells, see Water Well Services and you have come to the right place.Water Well Services is a operational development company, and is a part of the Verkley-group.See also the webpage; www.verkley.nl
