Waterloo Uncovered is the ground-breaking charity that combines world-class archaeology with veteran care and recovery. Since 2015, we have been taking veterans and serving personnel to the battlefield of Waterloo to undertake a programme of archaeology and welfare support, focussing on the five pillars of Recovery, Wellbeing, Transition into Civilian Life, Education and Employment.In 2021, we are running four online veteran support programmes supporting more than 50 veterans: the Virtual Veterans' Programme, Finds Programme, Creative Arts Programme, and Battlefields Uncovered course.
