The company mission further demands that we offer customers the highest standards and integrity found in the home inspection industry.Company founder, Ben Watson, holds a degree in Civil Engineering from University of Colorado, Boulder, where he focused on structural engineering and soil mechanics. Before becoming a home inspector, he served as project engineer and project manager on residential and commercial construction projects in Nevada and Colorado, including multiple LEED certified buildings. His work has included large-scale projects with some of Colorado's top general contracting companies as well as owning a residential remodeling company.Because of Ben's background, he offers his home inspection customers a level of knowledge and experience far beyond that of most home inspectors. He has managed the construction of some of the most identifiable buildings in the Denver area, and having owned a residential remodeling company, he has equal experience working small-scale. His previous projects include state-of-the-art Denver municipal campuses, Senior Living campuses, hospitals, museums, and historic homes.
