Nonprofit Organization Management - Melrose, Massachusetts, United States
Practitioner-oriented strategic planning & evaluation for groups working to change policies and systems around climate change, human rights, and sustainable food. We support reflective practice, bring evidence of impact, and facilitate group learning to drive strategy and build power. Focusing on groups and organizations doing policy advocacy for social change, I bring over 20 years of experience in the development and human rights fields as practitioners, advocates, strategic planners, and evaluators. I frequently team up with other seasoned evaluators and organizational development experts to bring a range of skills and resources to the clients I work with. I combine skills in comparative case study analysis, multiple techniques for drawing conclusions about causal links, and facilitation to help groups make sense of what's working, what isn't, and how to adapt to rapidly changing opportunities and threats. I am fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
