The Waverider Real Estate Surf Club was conceived from the same wanderlust spirit shared by a generation of surfers born of the idealistic era of "Endless Summer" who have now grown into success and affluence but in their heart will always be surfers first and thrive on investing in that lifestyle. Waverider is a US based limited liability company organized in 2009 for the purpose of acquiring, owning, leasing and operating residences located in the premier surf communities around the world. Waverider offers vacation rentals plus for a select group of individuals seeking an ongoing program, a Member-Owners program is offered that creates two primary benefits: 1) an equity investment in Waverider that may appreciate in value; and 2) personal use of the residences owned by Waverider. Waverider is a company started by surfers, for surfers and offers Member-Owners an authentic surf based experience.
