Dominique has had years of experience as a reader, channel, intuitive counselor and Astrologer. Known in the Phoenix area for teaching "Instant Meditation". She has been teaching this unique meditation technique for over 16 years. She is a certified Breathwork practitioner, an ordained minister, member of American Federation of Astrologers, and has a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology. Her personal drive is toward constant self improvement, making her a student as well as a teacher. By working with others as a teacher, she believes that she furthers her own self knowledge and awareness.Her intuitive abilities were enhanced by her learning Instant Meditation from George W. Green in the mid 1970's. She soon began to teach Instant Meditation in the Denver area where she lived at that time. She began her own "Rebirthing" process in 1992 by completing 12 sessions with a certified Breathwork practitioner. She used this as a bridge to cross over from working as a computer programmer to starting her own business, "The Way To The Light Within". Influencing her Rebirthing experience were the work of Leonard Orr, Stanislav Groff, and Sondra Ray. She has over 200 hours of training in the area of Rebirthing/Connected Breathing and have taken over 300 individuals through this process. She has been certifying practitioners since 1995.
