Traditionally this space on a web page is devoted to how many awards the sales representative has received, what is their background – before Real Estate, and philosophies of "Client First". Our story is more about the "Why" than the "Who". We would like to tell you a little bit about why we started this company. After almost 50 combined years in the real estate industry, winning awards for sales, Management responsibilities, and committees, our lives took a drastic turn of events. Health problems and concerns were mounting. More and more of our time was spent at hospitals and less and less on activities that we enjoyed. We took some time away from the business of Real Estate and tried to concentrate on living our lives a different way. Less focus on material success and purchases and more focus on family, relationships, and spending quality time at the activities we enjoyed the most. It was an awakening for us. We found that we didn't need all the "stuff" we had accumulated and it was becoming more difficult to "keep up" with the "up keep". The other revelation we had, is that we don't need to belong to a national or multinational real estate firm to properly service our clients. We need to be accessible to them, to be conscience of their needs and provide them with access to the best marketing system for home sales: the MLS system. We learned over three years of health challenges, the importance of relationships.That is what building a real estate company is all about.
