Established in 2017, the Journal of Business Law is a scholarly peer-reviewed journal operated and edited by students at Wayne State University Law School. The Journal of Business Law is published annually and provides a forum for student interests and scholarship in the field of business law. Publications contain articles contributed by law professors and practicing attorneys, along with student notes and comments on topics ranging from corporate governance, securities regulation and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, tax law, venture capitalism, bankruptcy, and commercial law, among others.The executive board of the Journal of Business Law invites interested members of the legal community to contribute, and all articles submitted for publication will be considered on a rolling basis.
