What we do:- Develop effective training solutions to increase manufacturing skills and accelerate the spread of a culture of improvement at the plant- Train and coach Internal Trainers of Association- Standardize World Class training packages, incorporate learning solutions and best practices on the factory floor- Share the FCA approach with suppliers and WCM Association partners
