WAITF was created to bring all people together. Through video-style interviews and in-person events, the goal is to increase connection and empathy levels in the millennial generation. We live in a world that constantly highlights our differences, and while these differences that make us who we are bring beauty, culture, and tradition to our society, they have also caused a systemic divide. It is not one person's job to step up, it is on all of us to try and understand each other. We all have our own views and opinions on every topic, and these views come through our own experiences. What most people don't know is that even with our differences, we are very much alike. We are all human, and our basic needs and desires are the same. WAITF is the platform to close that gap. This is a safe space for everyone, a place to have uncomfortable conversations openly, and an opporunity to understand, appreciate, and connect with other humans on a soul level.
