It all started with a shared fascination for those unexplored paths which you encounter on your regular rides. Paths with trigger our fascination. Paths which are often too rugged, steep or dirty to explore with your regular machine. Paths which need a special machine.That is why we came up with Sputnik; the rugged tailormade "do-it-all" workhorse.Sputnik gravel bikes are made in limited batches. Once a year we will produce a batch of Sputniks. Although they are all made to measure and thus unique, they are part of a family and share the same paint design.Sputnik is a collaboration between Alex de Kraker from St Joris Cycles and Chaim Becker, a graphic and conceptual designer.
