Founded in 2014, We-Collab is a social change organization that works with foundations and nonprofits to help create positive societal impact through the elimination of disparities in health, education and the economy. We-Collab operates at the intersection of policy, practice and community. Many foundations and nonprofits need assistance addressing the cultural nuances in doing social good work in today's society. We-Collab solves this problem by operationalizing equity for those in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. We-Collab is experienced in navigating between national, state, and local levels of change makers, and it is from this perspective that we understand how to translate complex issues into actionable solutions. We are a boutique firm that rolls up its sleeves and becomes part of the team. We collaborate with our clients to develop strategies to make equity and inclusion core to the way they do business. We guide and train each client to have an intentional focus on equity in their programs and initiatives and to redirect resources to make their plans achievable. And we intentionally build sustainable capacity so our clients don't need us forever.Our work is practical and outcome based. Going far beyond rhetoric, it provides each organization with tangible actions and a change management process for lasting impact.We do this work on behalf of and alongside people in community who are not always at the table.
