Specialist expertise installing (retrofit or new build) to high rise projects, care homes, sheltered housing, listed buildings, and private homes. We also work extensively in both the social & private housing sector. Residential Sprinkler Protection was the first Residential and Domestic fire sprinkler company in Wales to be FIRAS accredited. In February 2013 RSP were pleased to have been contracted to retrofit a 22 storey block of 80 flats in Cwmbran, At 60m, this high rise installation was the largest retrofit project of its kind in the UK. Also recently completed is another retrofit to a fully occupied high rise block of 66 flats in Merthyr Tydfil and we are now installing to a further high rise block of 40 flats in Cardiff and a 120 bed extra care development in West Wales. Our latest retrofit project is three blocks of 270 flats in Flint, North Wales for Flintshire County Council. We are always happy to help and advise on both large and small projects. RSP's current service contracts cover high rise blocks, care homes and extra care housing for both private, housing association and council run properties. Our commitment to quality and costs combined with a totally friendly attitude has not only gained further contracts but has also helped secure many for a further 12 months.
