The journey of WebOps began on the 23rd of November, 2017. We started as a team of 3 partners starting off together in a 10 meters office, and just 3 projects!.We had a capital of 12,000 EGP that were literally spent on getting a bunch of bean bags and paying for our internet subscription!. The three partners were technically working on the three projects , managing their clientele and also working in parallel to support the business through marketing, recruiting and seeking new projects.The team worked very hard to establish connections, work on our reputation as a software house that offers fully customized services to be able to gain new clients through the word of mouth!In just 2 weeks time, we managed to move into a 20 meters office for four months ( up-till the 21st of June) handling 17 projects , that include projects for the ministry of health, ministry of education and several entrepreneurial others like eldoctor and meetbuzz ; working on the them through development and support :).Where we are now ?We are now a team of 16 including 4 interns who just moved in less than a year into a 50 meters office :), Our team consists of 1 CEO and 1 CTO and 10 technicians of frontend , backend, mobile developers and internsHow we perceive ourselves as a software house?we are software house that creates completely tailored serviced with high-end quality. We combine both customization and having a standardized quality in delivering our projects.What we believe got us to where we are now?*Our team and culturewe believe we have a very distinctive culture . It combines both a friendly environment that allows for self expression and over flowing of ideas, and at the same time, for an environment that implicitly makes people adopt the needed attitudes for working under the pressure of deadlines and demanding tasks.Our team works interchangeably into all the roles, rotating and working together. Sometimes, we work intentionally in a specialized manner when needed. This helps us adopt new skills and work manners from each other; making us achieve our tasks/targets on time. we consider each Project as an opportunity to learn new technical skills and an opportunity of the team members to add value through their own way. *Technical and leadership skillsAs a team we all have the needed technical skills to develop tailored mobile applications and websites for clientele's needs and meet their expectations.we also believe that there is no one single leader in this team. We all work on influencing each others positively, and this helps us adopt the needed leadership styles that suits every phase/situation we are in.Where do we further see ourselves in the near future ?We see ourselves handling further local projects and also international accounts.
