weCHANGE is a Youth based Organization working for vulnerable youngsters generally in the age group of 16 to 26 years.Our Flagship Program, "Be a mentor" focuses on Overall Holistic development by maintaining a 1:1 ratio with the Mentees. Value-based education, beneficiary centric initiatives , personal counselling and financial support forms the basis for our Mentorship Program.We provide medical Aid, Mental well-being workshop,s and Doctor's Support on an Individual level to our beneficiaries.
