Wedding Party Love is owned and operated by LGBTQ+ couple, Krista Cottingim and Denise Hernandez. They met in Lubbock, Texas, while attending Texas Tech University. After falling in love and finishing school, the couple moved to Austin, Texas, and got engaged. As they began planning their wedding, they realized that the wedding industry lacked diversity and inclusivity, especially for LGBTQ+ Couples. They experienced discrimination, felt invalidated, and felt unseen in the wedding industry. This experience led Krista and Denise to expand the impact of Wedding Party Love. The mission of Wedding Party Love is to give LGBTQ+ Couples inclusive access to wedding planning resources without the fear of hostility, discrimination, or rejection. Wedding Party Love is a space and resource where you can feel seen and celebrated as an LGBTQ+ Couple!
