weeRoost is a design concept that aims to challenge the notions of affordability and a housing stock built for size rather than quality of life. Our objective is to create a simple construction system, comprised of standardized kit-of-parts assemblies, compact mechanical and modular units that achieve the following:Affordability - Unshackle Debt, more left to enjoy life.Small Home Lifestyle - Right sized space, Focused on Big LivingSustainable - Inherent (reduced waste, materials, unneeded/ unused space)Simplicity - Building SYSTEM; Rapid Build, De-mystify the process.Adaptable - Personalize NOT CustomizeEarth Friendly - Healthy homes, ability to go off-gridAnswers only tend to follow questions; we're committed to asking better questions!Currently we're building our pilot project, a family cabin on Galiano Island, BC. This provides a great opportunity to learn, experiment and refine our concept and we're excited to see the project come to life.
