Weerstandloos teaches how to guide your thoughts using your emotions. Many of us haven't learnt to deliberately choose thoughts based on how they feel and when you starts mastering this skill you become a deliberate creator of you own life. You can achieve much more then you first thought would be possible and can choose to feel good most of the time. There is nothing wrong with negative emotion once you interpret it as a guidance instead of the end-point of something that has come over you. We believe anyo one is able to master this skill and that in the generations to come it will be a skill taught like reading, writing and swimming.
