Welcome is a social project that operate in the context of education, emotional well-being, and psychological support.The project offers a tailored program to schools which has been developed in more than 2 years of work in the London Borough of Newham thanks to the feedback collected from children, families, and members of staff. The specific areas of intervention that have been identified are: students' voice / prevention of behavioural difficulties / social inclusion / diversity and equality.The program is negotiated in participation with the schools and tailored to meet their needs, offering a diverse range of strategies' formats such as online questionnaires, activities & interventions, workshops for families, training for members of staff, reports, and live sessions.
