This is done by providing top tier real estate services while working to increase the supply of affordable housing, and supporting refugees and other newly arrived Queenslanders.Welcome Residential is owned and operated by MDA Ltd (Multicultural Development Australia one of Queensland's largest multicultural development agencies working with refugees, international students, people seeking asylum, migrants and their local communities. MDA has been settling new Queenslanders for 20 years. Launched in September 2017, Welcome Residential provides professional residential property management services to owners wanting to achieve a social return from their investment, as well as maximise their financial return.
