WELDGIN was born to satisfy the quality requirements imposed by customers and/ or other recognised standards, to optimize time, consumables and effort, and to manage and coordinate all welding process tasks for companies that use welding as a union process.So that companies can focus their efforts on production and fabrication management, WELDGIN offers them the following services: • Internal/external welding / adhesives coordination for the sector companies.• Homologation of welding / adhesives procedures according to specified standards.• Welding personnel qualifications according to specified standards.• Advising for choice and optimization of procedures, consumables, materials…• Welding inspection by destructive and non-destructive testing to all types of products.• Qualified welders for sporadic welding operations at customer premises, which avoids the need for the customer had to homologate procedures and employ and train welders for tasks which would be non viable economically on an internal basis.• Standards implantation (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 3834, EN 15085, EN 1090, AWS, CWB, ASME, DIN 6071)WELDGIN's personnel has certifications focussed on non destructive testing (VT, PT, MT, UT) in order to be able to ensure conformity of weldments, base materials, cast irons… and no presence of either surface or volumetric defects.Other certificatons are IWE, EWE, EAS, CWI, CWB engineer...
