Life is a balancing act. I am a full-time yoga teacher and personal trainer who finds purpose and inspiration in bringing fitness and wellness to private clients and groups within corporations. I understand that walking into a yoga class for the first time can be intimidating for beginners as well as for anyone working through physical or emotional challenges. I love sharing yoga's magic—showing people that it's more than touching your toes and standing on your head. The "right" kind of yoga is the kind that feels good, and that's different for every body.
