Bita witnessed first hand the healing effects of Chinese Medicine, acupuncture & nutrition and was eager to learn more. So, in 2007, she started studying Traditional Chinese Medicine at Yo San University. In 2013, Bita graduated with a Master's Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture & Nutrition and became a California State Licensed Acupuncturist. She decided to go further with her education and enrolled in the Doctorate program specializing in Healthy Aging and Longevity. She graduated in 2016 and decided to open up her own practice in Beverly Hills. Bita's devotion to educate and help others continues to grow. Currently, Bita is a Yo San University faculty member, sees patients in her Beverly Hills office, is a practicing Wellness Coach, and is a Certified Instructor teaching private classes of movement art forms: Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Meditation. Bita is also a recurrent Qi Gong instructor at Tao of Wellness Detox Retreats. Bita holds a special place for children and educates elementary age students about Tai Chi to better manage issues, such as test stress, anger, anxiety, restlessness, and hyperactivity.With a strong focus on health and wellness of the whole person—physical, spiritual, and emotional—Bita specializes in male & female challenges, such as hormonal and aging issues, insomnia, depression, anxiety, weight management, auto-immune disorders, digestive issues, stress management and pain management."My desire is for people to know that they have the power within themselves to be the best, healthiest, and highest version of themselves—physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
