Vegetable based palm oil is cholesterol free, contains no trans fats or any other type of animal derivative. Since palm oil ingredients are naturally semi-solid at room temperature, they are also hydrogenation free.As an important player in the bakery, patisserie and pasta sector, Wellside is conscious of its responsibilities in the use of palm oil. The company wants to contribute to palm sustainability in an active way and fully in line with its values vision and ethics, it does this through the following commitment:It is our policy to avoid the use of unsustainable and untraceable palm oil. Wellside company policy is to only use certified sustainable palm oil (CSPO) accredited by RSPO (Rountable on Sustainable Palm Oil).
