This arrangement allows the opportunity for management decisions to be made immediately without a board or political arena.One will find a very diverse medical staff at West Carroll Hospital. We have ten physicians on staff. We maintain 24/7 emergency room coverage to meet the untimely needs of our community at any time. Each Rural Health Clinic is also staffed with a mid-level practitioner to assist the physician in the clinic, hospital, and nursing home.
