The West Lothian Community Race Forum was set up to promote and enhance understanding and awareness of race and race equality and to celebrate diversity in West Lothian through promoting and aiding the integration of all cultures into the community.The forum is based on the recognition that everyone is part of a culture group and is therefore open to anyone who lives in West Lothian.We meet every six weeks or so and discuss a range of topics from housing to poverty, health to integration and so much more. We also take part in policy consultations to ensure race equality issues are considered in service design and delivery.New members are always welcome at all of our meetings.
