Purpose 1.To build sustainable relationships at all levels in the West Midlands among strategists, academia, fund holders, leaders of major organisations and small businesses, and to develop the "third Sector" (charities, trusts, social enterprises to cater for the disenfranchised in the community). 2.To unlock the potential for learning and continuous improvement among organisations in the West Midlands.3. To disseminate knowledge nationally, europe-wide and globally. The style is about guiding, facilitating and unlocking. Diverse individual events are bound together by the common vision and the inclusive approach. The activities of the projects reflect the 5 key relationships recommended by the inclusive approach, namely leadership, employees, suppliers, stakeholders, customers and the community.
