Starting with 10.10.2016 Petrolution has become part of West Group and changed its name to WeST Petrolution AS. This is done to enhance the company's ability to undertake larger projects and thereby strengthen its position in the market. Meanwhile West Group's total expertise is strengthened through the acquisition, by highly skilled engineers who will also contribute to the group's commitment to the CMR technology and other products. WeST Petrolution will be responsible for the group focussed attention on well maintenance through development and delivery of services and equipment for the intervention market. Kjartan Gilje is appointed as Operations Manager and Odd B. Skjærseth as General Manager.
