We act for small to mid-size owner-managed businesses and larger private enterprises.Our services tend to fall into two camps: advice or debt advisory. The UK debt funding market has become increasingly sophisticated in recent years with an increase in the number of lending institutions "open for business" as well as the type of debt finance available. We advise companies through the process of raising debt finance – whether this be a refinancing of existing debt facilities to obtain better terms & conditions, or raising new finance to support a company's growth or to fund an acquisition.We have access to traditional high street banks and non-traditional lenders: debt funds, family offices, equity providers and bridging and development specialists when terms are challenging. We offer end-to-end support and this includes preparing information memorandums, tender documents, advice on loan structures and review indicative terms & conditions from funders. We'll negotiate indicative terms including interest rate, fees, security suites and covenant packages. Will be by your side throughout the entire lending process to aid a speedy financial close. Westbury will advise on acquisitions or exits, undertake financial modelling, feasibility studies and prepare board presentations. We have experience working with companies in Europe and across MENA.
